How To Wear:
- Insert foot into the support and make sure that the plastic stays are on both sides of ankle.
- Fasten the upper strap along the edge of the brace. Then secure the lower strap
- Bring the lateral elastic strap diagonally across the top of foot.
- Wrap the lateral elastic strap upward around the ankle, fasten the hook closure snugly to the side of the ankle support.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the medial elastic strap.
